Per-Post Tags

    I have been developing a Theme and have released it but WP wont’ accept due “per-post tags still not working”. As best I can tell tags for posts are working only when tags are added per post, that’s how we coded it.

    Is there something I am missing in terms of per-post tags? The theme can be downloaded here http://www.patrickjcarey.com/wpfolio/WPFolio1.3.zip

    Any help or suggestions is much appreciated.
