per page menu options and max mega conflict

Hi, I am trying to use per page menu plugin so that I can have different menus on each of the pages Men, Women, Kids. These 3 pages are the components of my primary menu (My theme supports only one menu loction- primary menu).
While I am not applying max mega for the primary menu, I need the max mega menu for the other menus (i.e. women menu, kids menu and men menu).
The problem is, that max mega requires to assign a given menu to a theme location to enable the Mega Menu settings . Therefore, when I activate the per page plugin or any other alternative, max mega does not work/show.
My question is, how can max mega be adjusted to work with multiple menus on different pages?
