People unable to view site

    Hi,

    I’m fairly new to this so please bear with me.

    My new site http://www.mummyvswork.co.uk is viewable to me and various other computers at my work & home however a couple of people are unable to view the site.

    Does anyone else have any idea why this could be or can you view it?

    Your site loads a bit slowly for me, but it does load. From what I can see, it appears that your domain name was recently registered. It also appears the DNS (nameservers) were recently updated. This could be why some people can view your site, while others cannot. It normally takes 24-72 hours for DNS to propagate. It can be longer or shorter based on the persons ISP, however.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response.

    You are right bother my domain name was new yesterday and the DNS servers were changed last night.

    Thank you for your help – i thought i was going mad!

    No problem. 🙂 It should resolve itself soon. If those same people are still unable to view the site after a few days, they may want to try clearing their cache or flushing their DNS.
