People Hack

Is there a hack for WordPress very much like the b2 People hack? Just I want to change to WordPress but I’m not sure whether I really want to lose the bits on frequently blogged-about people. I guess I could make a seperate page, but the b2 People hack was really easy to update. Does anyone know if there is one for WP? Thanks.
