    Hi, I’ve not had any problems up to now but when anyone tries to book any dates in 2020, the message of death appears: There are no services available for the period you selected.

    This year’s dates work fine, it’s everything from 1st January that can’t be booked. Is it a bug or am I doing something silly?

    Hello,

    Most probably you have default availability set in your calendar from January so
    you will need to create custom availability again starting with 1st of January (overwrite the existing availability).

    Hi, many thanks for your answer. Sorry if this is a stupid question but where do I find default availability? I’m not aware of having done anything differently for next year than I did in past years.

    Hello,

    The default availability is the availability you set for all calendar without selecting a date range (when you go to the calendar and without selecting anything, put a price and number available press the submit button).
    You can reset it in the same way: go to calendar and without selecting anything press the reset button.

    Custom availability is the availability you set only for a time period selected from calendar.

    So, in your case, if you have default availability, reset it and create custom availability.
