People are signing up as subscribers through the wordpress sign up

    Visitors are somehow signing up to our site as User-subscribers through the wordpress sign up process, so not through the normal customer sign up process that links them to an active membership of our product. Is there any way I can find out how people are signing up this way? As they are using the user sign up they will not be part of any email marketing chain, linked to a product etc

    Hi, lenomotherfit, what page(s) is/are designated for the normal registration process?

    I was able to encounter a page on your site where you can register: motherfit.co.uk/register

    Was that the page that you intended people to register for your site?

    Hi @plantprogrammer sorry for the late reply – the intended sign up page is the following: https://www.motherfit.co.uk/checkout/ which would sign you up as a customer/subscriber linked to a membership – Can I ask how you was able to reach the motherfit.co.uk/register page?
