    Hi There,

There are 4 pending users count display in ultimate member dashboard but when we click on pending users we can’t see in users list. can see the data in database and thing is some of the admin user can see the pending users list and some are not. that’s very strange as all the admins have same access.

can you please let us know the fix.

    Thank you.

Try to click “Clear user statuses cache” at UM Dashboard.
Maybe also the “Clear cache of XX users” button.

we have tried both the options yesterday and today as well. still the same issue. can’t able to see the users.

    Thank you.

Try to do a Theme/Plugin conflict test if your Theme
or another Plugin is causing a conflict with UM.

    Hello @molokini

Administrators are able to see any user regardless of their statuses.

Please verify that administrators have a single role “Administrator”, no other roles. Also verify these settings for the “Administrator” user role on wp-admin > Ultimate Member > User Roles > Edit Role

Can edit other member accounts? – turned on
Can edit these user roles only – empty (nothing is selected)
Can view other member profiles? – turned on
Can view these user roles only – empty (nothing is selected)

    See example here

    Hi ,

Thank you for your response. all the admin has a admin role with forum keymaster role assign to it. will check the other settings you have mentioned.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

So, administrators on your website have multiple roles (“Administrator” and “Keymaster”), not a single “Administrator” role. Am I correct?

Use the Role Priority tool to solve a conflict. Set a greater priority for the “Administrator” role. See details in the article How to set Role Priority for user roles.

    Hello @molokini

The “admin column pro” plugin is not included in our 3rd party integrations list. Try to ask their support.

    Regards.
