# Pending Payments Issue

 * I have entered payments in the registration window, but when I go to download
   the full CSV file for the event from the manage events page, the attendees that
   I have entered payments for still show pending payment on the downloaded file.

   and I will help you out. I will need temp admin access to see what is going on.
   I am assuming that this is in the Pro version, right? One thing to check is …
   make sure that when the registration is updated, the Regis. Status dropdown says“
   Complete”. Also, not sure if you did this from the Events Planner > Registrations
   > Payment icon but there is a bug there that I will fix in the upcoming version.
   For now, please edit the registration and record your payment from inside the
   registration.
