Pending payment (digital products)

Hello !

Right now I’m testing Paypal on my site via the Sandbox and I have a little problem, the payment is still on hold
It’s normal ?
It’s annoying because I sell digital products and from what I’ve read, usually the order is confirmed and the customer can download their files right after the purchase.

I searched on the net, but being new to Paypal… I prefer to avoid tampering with the parameters
