    Hello,

    it happened multiple times in the last weeks that I had a new order that was in status Pending Payment, but customer wrote me an email, that everything is payed and money are gone from his account for 30-40 minutes, but he still can not access his downloads. Then I had to go to the admin and manually complete these orders.

    Do you have any idea, what’s going on?

    I understand that new orders on your site are still in Pending Payment status even though the order has been paid already, correct?

    Can you please check if there are any similarities or patterns on this orders? Like, same product, same category, same location, etc?

    For us to investigate this properly, please share with us a screenshot of the Order Notes for any of these orders.

    Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
