    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

    That is correct, as some payment gateways use ‘pending’ status (such as pay by check) as an ‘active’ status – which is counted towards the sale amount.

    Should an order stay in pending, I recommend in changing the status to ‘cancelled’ if you don’t receive the payment within a couple of days. Most payment gateways will set the payment status to pending, until the payment is received which should be cleared instantly or within a couple of hours (depending on the payment gateway).

    For now I do recommend in manually changing these statuses manually to cancelled if you know this payment has failed.

    1) ok. that can’t be changed anywhere? I do not use check payment.

    2) when I manually put success in an order it does not become part of members, I have to activate it from the user, is this normal operation? When he checks the invoice he says that the amount has been free

    I’ve overlooked this code again @nanocr91, but there’s no easy way to exclude ‘pending’ orders from the results which is calculated here –

    I recommend in manually setting these orders to ‘error’ to exclude them from the reports should you not have received the payment from the gateway provider.

    Regarding your orders not working correctly, please reach out to the GoURL support staff as it seems this issue may be payment gateway related in showing as ‘free’ and not a paid amount as usually payment gateways send through payment statuses which automatically updates the orders inside Paid Memberships Pro.
