    When adding a new invoice, only the Invoice number is showing.
    If switched to Paid, the invoice shows but you cannot switch back to Pending once you’ve set it to Paid.

    I’ve tested with all plugins off and default themes.

    Fantastic plugin overall.

    Hello,

    It would seem as though there’s a PHP error preventing the page to completely load. Please look at your PHP error logs and let me know what the issue is.

    Although the issue likely has to do with an outdated code snippet (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/update-crashed-wordpress/), specifically one that adds the print button to invoices…

    Following are the troubleshooting steps I’ve taken:
    1. Tested with all other plugins disabled
    2. Tested with default 2017 theme (and all other plugins disabled)
    3. Updated the PayPal checkout addon to the current version
    4. Checked php error logs – there were no errors
    5. Checked functions.php for print button fuction – not there

    I don’t have any custom themes or theme customizations.
    The issue persists.

    Hello,

    I’m at a loss if there isn’t an outside issue contributing to the invoice not loading.

    Maybe you could reinstall Sprout Invoices, since it’s (unlikely but) possible that the template wasn’t completely uploaded.

    Do the other invoice/estimate templates have the issue?
    Do estimate have the issue?

    It just seems odd that this is happening for you now but didn’t before.

    Hey Dan, I’ve been troubleshooting and still can’t figure it out!

    I’ve uninstalled and removed tables from the database before reinstalling.

    Estimates don’t have the issue.

    If I change the status from Pending to Paid, it displays but gets stuck in Paid and won’t go back to pending if changed.

    The strangest thing is the new responsive template doesn’t display when creating invoices. When a new invoice is created it shows the old standard template. Even after deleting and reinstalling.

    I’m sorry to hear this is still an issue, I really wish I could figure this out for you but I’m at a loss too.

    If you ever purchase a pro license reach out to priority support and maybe I can take a closer look at your site/server configuration.
