Pending email, confirmation of booking

Hi,

Have been testing this plugin for a little while now, it’s a great plugin!

I recently updated the plugin and now it has stopped sending out confirmation mail to respondent when a order is pending. It worked beautifully before the update. After updating I also customized the format in RSVP: mail options.

What can the reason be for the email not working?
