Shield doesn’t integrate with GiveWP forms… are you sure that’s it’s Shield’s reCAPTCHA that’s interfering here?

CAn you give us a link, please?
Again, Shield doesn’t integrate with GiveWP forms.
You’ll need to give us much more information, such as why you’re sure it’s Shield that’s interfering.
Hi folks, speaking for GiveWP, here’s a few things that can happen related to the issue of pending donations and/or a reCaptcha:
1. We don’t have an official reCaptcha integration, but we do have a PHP snippet that many users implement to add reCaptcha to their GiveWP forms. So maybe confirm whether or not you’ve implemented that.
2. But pending donations most often are a result of either the donors never completed the donation, or your Stripe webhooks aren’t configured correctly.
So, like Paul said above, the following information would be necessary to help diagnose this issue:
1. Link to your form so we can see the problem live
2. Did you use our snippet to implement the recaptcha on your site, or some other implementation.
3. What payment gateway are you using?
If this is more of a GiveWP issue, then I’d welcome you to open a ticket in our plugin forum with all of that information included:

Thanks!

I don’t see recaptcha on there, but far more importantly, if you’re having problems with a site, disable all your caching and optimisations. You’ve got a tonne of cached JS files loading there. Return the site to uncached/unoptimised and see how things look.
Have a read here to understand what I mean:

A lot of spam donations come through the form of donating with fake names, How can the matter be resolved?
