    Hello,

    I have got a problem with my MailPoet plugin.

    I signed up for a free Premium account a few days ago.

    When I check the settings of the key activation it is states:
    OK Your key is valid
    OK The MailPoet shipping service is active
    OK MailPoet Premium is active
    Note: Your account is pending approval by MailPoet.

    I have setting up DKIM authentication and all records are Vérified, but I can’t send newsletter. I see “Your account is pending approval by MailPoet”

    What is the problem?

  • Me too. I already received an email from MailPoet saying that my account was approved, but when I check back on the plugin it’s still pending…

    Yes, i am also in this state, and i also cannot send using mailgun with the premium, it only allows for mailpoet send and premium

    This message will show up while your subscription hasn’t been approved manually by our team. If you’ve answered our pre-approval questions in order to get the plan approved, please be patient and wait for our support team to contact you.

    If you don’t see any questions to be answered or if you haven’t received any message from us after 48h, please contact our support team via email.

    If your plan has been approved already and you’re still seeing the message about the pending subscription, please go to the MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation tab and click on the “Verify” button again to update the status of the subscription.
