    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site.
    This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
    I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    Yes, @abovebits as @fierevere said, this is the type of thing you have to reach out to priority support team for.

    When you purchased, it created an account for you on https://givewp.com, and you can log in there and get priority support. If you have any trouble at all logging in, use the contact form at https://givewp.com/contact-us and provide the email address you used to make the purchase.

    We’ll definitely be able to get this sorted out!
