# PDOException

 * Plugin version: 3.69.0
    WordPress multisite (error on a subsite): 5.7.2
 * I’m getting the following error:
 * `Uncaught exception 'PDOException' with message 'SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error:
   1 no such table: MP_FORMS_TABLE' in /var/www/public/content/plugins/mailpoet/
   lib-3rd-party/Idiorm/idiorm.php:502`
 * Reverting to MailPoet 3.60.12 solves the error.

 * It seems that the error that you have found is similar to the one described in
   this troubleshooting guide:

 * Please give those steps a try and see if that solves the issue for you.
 * If you continue to have issues, please try manually installing the MailPoet plugin
   using the previous version:

 * Thank you, will check, but my gut feeling says the db should be ok. We’re running
   Azure Mysql.
 * Using Github actions, I reverted to version 3.60.12 which works fine.
