pdfs do not load

Hello all,

Thank you for taking time to help my issue!
I have in the page in the book presentation used the flipbook to show the demo of the book before the customer decides to buy it or not. but the books are not loading

thank message I get in the 7 of them Is Please wait while flipbook is loading. For more related info, FAQs and issues please refer to DearFlip WordPress Flipbook

Please help me find a solution thank you

Hi,

Can you point on which page, the flipbook is? We could not locate the flipbook on your site.
Do we need to register or purchase the book to see the flipbook?

We found one flipbook in first book page.
Can you try our other PDF viewer/flipbook plugin :

Since your server is nginx, It not suitable for partial loading. It’s throwing bad offset messages.
Disabling Range can help there. It’s available in DearPDF advanced tab.

DearFlip doesn’t have that feature in lite version.

That will work. you don’t need pro.
If there is more complexity with server, we can further look into it.

It is inside Global settings.

“Disable Partial Loading” Set that to true.

And check again.
Make sure to clear any server cache, if you have.

A side not:
We too have nginx in our server.
But we have configured it to serve PDF and other partial loading files using Apache.

Not sure if such is possible with your server.

We observed that your PDFs are quite big for web usage. 20MB is too much for a 6 page files , It can be compressed to 3-4 MB easily. It will load faster.
