# PDFs do not appear

 * Not sure what happened but now all of a sudden none of my PDFs appear into the
   lightbox…

 * I could not figure out what the issue was with my site but as a work around I
   just had the PDF files and MP3 files open in a separate tab. After going about
   it this way I actually preferred this approach. [@ridai](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ridai/)
   might just try doing the same.

   FileAway lightbox-displayed files to open in a separate tab? I don’t see this
   as a setting in FileAway. Thanks for any help!
