This is definitely possible! Fancybox supports iframes, which is what the plugin uses natively to display the pdf in a page.

Assuming you have jQuery and fancybox implemented, you can use the code mentioned here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/13868132/fancybox-iframe-doesnt-work. The URL you want an iframe of is http://www.yourwebsite.com/wp-content/plugins/pdfjs-viewer-shortcode/web/viewer.php?file=http://www.yourwebsite.com/wp-content/uploads/your.pdf .

I’ve got pdf.js working within fancybox using the info above and linking to the iframe, but how can I use the shortcode options? For example how can I set the fullscreen=true?
