PDF to WordPress Posts

I searched and search but it seems that this has not come up and I really need the help.

THE TASK – I have a clothing and Print company that has a rather large catalog (1000 pages) but in PDF format. I want to take the catalog and convert each items page in the PDF into posts in their site. Without having to constantly copy, cut, paste and upload from PDF to WordPress Post – I want to just copy the page and all the information (pictures and text) into a post so that any customer can search for these items.

Is there a plugin that can do the conversion?

Is this possible?
