PDF Receipts 2.3.6 won’t install: Unauthorized

    I really need to update the PDF Receipts plugin (because the language in the global settings is not correct, and is actually a liability) but I continue to get an error: Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized

    This is the only plugin that won’t let me update it. Am I missing something?

    My guess is your license is not active. If it is, then you need to reach out to our premium support to answer this question. WP.org support forums do not allow for asking questions about premium add-ons to GiveWP here unfortunately.

    Thanks, Devin. I still don’t know why I was getting that error, but I worked around it by deactivating the plugin, deleting it, and manually uploading the .zip of the update.
