Hello dear support team,

I recently have the issue, that all PDFs are not loading anymore. The error message: “Dearflip: loading PDF service (require)

Console message: Uncaught TypeError: window.require.config is not a function

It worked a few days earlier with no issues. I am using Asset Cleanup, had an exemption for all Dflip scripts, but disabled it on the pages required. That worked well. After clearing ALL caches, also from Asset Cleanup, even after reinstalling Dflip, the PDF will still not load.

I am out of ideas, i hope you can help me, thanks a lot!

I noticed, reloading the full page will load the PDF! I am also using WP Rocket, but that was no issue a few days ago as mentioned.

We see some scripts redefining require the way they want. Not caring the require.config function requirement.

Did you add some widget/chat/messenger plugin recently?

It could help your situation. Make sure to clear any cache.
