 * The PDF document itself is accessible by the link, this is one potential cause
   off the table.
 * Next, looking at the page in the browser’s Network tab, the PDF Embedder scripts
   are not being loaded on the page. If the scripts are not loaded, they are not
   able to generate the embedded viewer to display the document. This is often due
   to a conflict with another plugin or your theme.
