PDF is just dots and error is – The font ‘OpenSans-Bold’ contains a bad /BBox

    Hi
    I am using the plug-in WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips but when testing my woocommerce site, all of the attached pdfs are coming through as just rows of dots and Adobe is giving me this error – The font ‘OpenSans-Bold’ contains a bad /BBox.

    I have tried several times but nothing is changing. Any help would be great.

    Hello @annemarieglmd,

    Could you try going to PDF Invoices > Status and then scroll down & click “Reinstall fonts”?

    I noticed a similar issue using Adobe reported here: https://support.sas.com/kb/65/214.html

    Do you think you could post a (redacted) screenshot in the thread, so that it may be helpful to others with similar issues?

    Hi @dpeyou

    Yes that has worked – I clicked on “reinstall fonts” and then sent another test and it was fine.
