PDF invoice not generated and sent with e-mail

    Hi,

    I’m having an issue with not all invoice pdf’s being created and sent with e-mail. The strange thing is that most of them are OK, but some of them are not being created and not send by e-mail.

    This happens when we change the order status to ‘completed’

    Is this a known issue?
