PDF invoice not attached

    Hi,

    I have an issue with the attached PDF. It is not working, regardless of my settings.

    The PDF (if I download it manually) is fine – also the invoice download after the checkout via paypal (button “invoice”).

    But all mails are without attachment.

    The order is payed via paypal (or credit card), so the status of the order is completed.
    If I send an order detail mail manually, the pdf is also not included (setting is checked).

    Some technical details:
    WP 6.7.2
    PHP-Version 8.3.17-nmm1
    MySQL 10.6.21

    It worked in the past with payment option bank transfer.

    I also deactivated other plugins to check for conflicts, but the issue persists.
    All plugins are up-to-date.

    Hi @whanus,

    This is likely a mailing issue. If you are using a third-party mailing service, like MailPoet, Brevo, Sendgrid, etc., please note that some of them have limits with respect to attachments, e.g. MailPoet does not accept attachments at all (although there is a workaround), Brevo has a file size limit, etc.

    @yordansoares sorry for the late reply – you are totally right!
    The issue was because of a mailpoet customizing. You can find it under advanced settings “Sending all emails from the website with…”.
