when I try to generate an invoice the PDF is empty. there is only my logo in the top right corner. When I turn on the “generate as HTML” setting, I get the invoice without any problems (but not in pdf)
Is this “bug” known ? or is there already a fix for this ?
Could you check the WooCommerce logs to see if there are errors with the wpo-wcpdf or fatal-errors prefix? If so, please share the logs with us. You’ll find the logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. It would also be helpful to see a screenshot of your System Configuration and Write Permissions set up under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Advanced > Status tab.
I can see your PHP version is 8.3.8-nmm1 which seems to be a specialized build. Would it be possible for you to change to the latest stable official release of the PHP version and try again to see if the issue happens?
Hi there, same issue here. We have something else in the config: we replaced the original site (A) with a copy with enhancements (B). B was made on a different domain and with Installation we moved B back to the original domain, replacing A. As everything is working, except we have blank invoices, I can’t imagine this to be the cause
Encountered same issue after I changed to a new hosting provider, although not sure if both events are linked. I have emailed to support@wpovernight.com with screen shots. Can you kindly review and update asap?
