Hello @lugr66,
Could you please add &debug=true to the PDF URL or temporarily enable Debug output in the Status tab of the PDF invoice settings and copy/paste the error you’re getting here?
My initial guess is that there might be some issue with the PHP version configuration. In such a case, I’d recommend contacting your host to ask if they can check for the correct DOM extensions for the PHP version that runs on your site. 🙂

Hi
I enabled the debug output and I came across this error showing up in the preview of the invoice:
200: parsererror
Okay, since I host the website myself, this would be me who needs to check for the correct DOM extensions (whatever that is). Do you have a documentation or anything similar?
@lugr66,
I’m afraid we do not have more documentation specific to host settings.
– Are you using a custom template by any chance? If yes, what happens when you switch to the default (& un-customized) “Simple” template?
– Please go to WooCommerce > Status > System Status, click on Get system report, then click on Copy for support, paste it on https://pastebin.com/ (set a paste expiration for one week, just in case), and finally paste the pastebin.com link in your reply here.

Hi
I do not use any custom template. I am using the standard simple template.

I have an additional comment on this.
The PDF’s in the folder (…/wp-content/uploads/wpo_wcpdf_7177bf4e44e39de24f7c28b26944488c/attachments) are displayed correctly and look as they should.
Just when trying to access them via “my account” or in the order overview (logged in as admin) then it’s just a blank PDF.
Maybe this helps with resolving the issue.
Hi @lugr66,
I see that this topic as marked as Resolved, did you manage to solve this issue?

Yes. Weglot interferes with the plugin in the default language. Disabling the filter with the default language resolved it.
Thank you!
I’m glad to hear that, @lugr66!
…and thanks for provide feedback about how you solved it: This may be useful for another user with the same issue.
