PDF Icon does not appear when using shortcode

    I am using your plugin to allow users to download a “Certificate of Completion” when they have finished an online course. I am using a page as a template for the certificate. So I only want to offer PDF download of this one post (page).

    When I enable and use the shortcode in the one page, and have de-selected both “Posts” and “Pages” for “Add download link to” the link is generated with text only and without the PDF icon image as a link to the left of the text.

    When I disable shortcode, and enable “Pages” for “Add download link to”, I then have to add every other page on the site to “Exclusion” list. This works, and shows both the PDF Icon and text links in the targetted page.

    I would expect the link(s) to show up and display the same, regardless of whether the plugin is in automatic mode or shortcode.

    Is there a way that I can use the shortcode to put this in ONE page, but have the icon settings work? I’d like the PDF download link to have both text and PDF Icon versions.

    This plugin allows you to set some attributes.
