pdf (25MB) – how to embed and enable download?

    i have tried to upload it simply through the media library ,but it didnt display correctly (very low resolution) and another thing i need to allow the users to download it from the website ,since i try to minimize the use of plugins ,is there another way to embed the code ?

    A lightweight plugin would probably save you some time as I’m not sure how you would solve it otherwise.
