 * Does this plug in , or even the pro version , allow for PDF forms…
    which the
   user can add their info, filling out the PDF form, and then be able to click 
   SEND, and have it emailed to a standard email address?

 * Thank you for your post, but unfortunately no version of the plugin can support
   fillable PDF forms.
 * The best solution might be to include a proper web form using something like 
   Contact Form 7 instead of using the PDF at all, but in any case I’m not aware
   of any other plugin that can do what you suggest – sorry.
