Thank you for your message. Please could you provide a link to the page where the embedder is not working so we can try it ourselves in the different browsers?
Thanks,
Dan
Hi Dan,
Today it´s broken in all browsers… This is the url http://www.lenubu.com/prueba-pdf
What do you think about it?
Thanks a lot!
There is something wrong with your PDF file itself I think.
If I download it to my hard drive, even the usual PDF software on my computer says it is unable to view it.
Maybe the PDF is corrupted somehow, and you need to create it again.
Thanks,
Dan
Hi again,
yes! it´s true, something weird it´s happening. I have uploaded several files and all are ok. (if I go to my FTP and I donwload them, I can see them perfectly)
I guess the problem is with the url. Let´s see, in the example page the url file is http://www.lenubu.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/factu-sol.pdf , if you paste it in your browser you must access to the file, however for a strange reason you are redirected to file:///C:/Users/Usuario/Downloads/factu-sol%20(1).pdf, and of course in that address you can´t download anything
What are your thoughts about it?
Thank you again!
Hi Dan,
I fixed it. The problem was that the php.ini was missing.
Returning to the incial point, in mozilla firefox the pdf is not showed. You can checked at http://www.lenubu.com/prueba-pdf
In other browsers is fine.
Any Idea? What can I do?
Thank you!!
I think you’ve now removed the same embed so I can’t see.
If it’s not working on (only) some browsers then really it must be a problem with the underlying Google Viewer, and unfortunately we don’t have much control over that.
We have released a new simpler viewer plugin, so maybe it is worth trying that instead:

Thanks,
Dan
Along with Dan I would encourage you toward actively developed projects if they meet your needs. That said, another reason one particular browser (in your case Firefox) may not display a document in GDE is because of some weird cookie behavior. Try clearing Google-related cookies from the affected browser, or alternately logging out (and then back in, if you wish) to clear or reset cookies that may be stuck in an expired-ish sort of state.
