    Hi there,

I am using your fab plugin to email PDF documents once a user has submitted their details on a CF7 form on my website (https://atelierglobal.io/ai-in-sales-white-paper/). This is working fine, however every time someone fills in the form and the PDF is emailed, the PDF is added to the Media section of WordPress.

If I get 1000 people downloading it, I’d have 1000 copies of the PDF in the Media section… eek! I’m not sure this is what should be happening?

Can you help please so that this does not happen?

    Thanks,
    Milap

    Hi @mladwa

Thanks for you reply and words. sorry for the delay in reply.
Checked you requirement but its one type of database that you get that much people are submitted form your site, and if you want to delete that you need to delete it from media library. Still we have not added any option to delete it.

    Thanks,

    Hi,

I also have the same problem. The pdf shows up in Media Library, however it’s absolutely useless as when you copy its link it says ERROR 404 – page does not exist.

How can we remove these pdf files from clogging Media Library?

    Regards

    Hi @villitu

We have upload PDF file into Media library because it a default WP flow to save assets. So if you what to delete it then you can use Media section of WP and filter with Documents then you can delete it.

Yes, if you delete that PDF from media library and shared that link to anywhere then obvious its showing 404 error because PDF not on that URL.

In free version we are not going to add any option like this if you used free one but in pro we are planning to add option like you can schedule older pdf delete from admin side.

    Thanks,
