    Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the plugin isn’t working as expected.

First, please check if allow_url_fopen is enabled. This setting is crucial for the correct functioning of the plugin. To verify, go to PDF Coupons > Settings, and under the Main Settings tab, you should see whether Allow URL Fopen is enabled. If it’s enabled, great! If not, you’ll need to contact your hosting provider to ask them to enable it.

Regarding the PDF as an attachment feature, please note that this functionality is only available in the PRO version of the plugin and is not included in the free version. We have explained this in the documentation here:
    https://flexiblecoupons.net/documentation/general/free-vs-pro-feature-comparison/

As for the broken PDF link, it’s likely that another plugin is causing the issue. Could you please provide a list of the active plugins on your store? With that information, I may be able to pinpoint the culprit. If you prefer not to share this information on the forum, feel free to contact us directly via the contact form on our support page. Choose Pre-sale Question as the subject (since technical support is unavailable without the PRO version), and you can either send us the list of active plugins or your system status report.

Also, many issues like this are caused by security plugins, redirection rules, etc. I recommend temporarily disabling these plugins and checking if the problem persists. Another thing you can try is going to Settings > Permalinks and clicking Save Changes without making any changes. This sometimes helps resolve such issues.

I hope this helps, and I look forward to hearing back from you.

    Kind regards,
