Emails are sent when there is a PDF, so…please review your email configuration for checking if you have any filter to remove attachaments.

I noticed the plugin presentation video, which email sends only PDF and subject that you inserted in the plugin settings
My email that is sent, is the default html e-mail from the store, and the subject is not what I added in settings but rather the standard of woocommerce

I discovered the following:
If I set to “generate coupons automatically on processing order status”, the PDF is generated and the email is sent. Everything is OK
When I set to “generate coupons automatically on complete order status” or “generate coupons mannually”, the PDF is created but the email is not sent.
The email is only sent if I set “generate coupons automatically on processing order status”, if I change from another state to on processing order status, It is no longer sent.
In short, the PDF is always created, but is only sent via email if it is set to “generate coupons automatically on processing order status”.
