  • Hi @ikatsanis

I was unable to see the screenshot you shared. Could you please use https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots?

Moreover, if your PDF contains non-English characters, then yes, our development team is aware of this issue and currently working on it. We plan to deploy this as soon as possible, though please note that we don’t have a defined ETA for this at the moment.

Let us know if we can help with anything else.

    Best,
    Alba

    Hi @ikatsanis,

We’re excited to share that the latest version of Jetpack CRM (4.10.3) includes support for Greek characters!

To enable font support, please update to the latest JP CRM core plugin, and check the font settings under Jetpack CRM Settings > Locale.

From there, click on the refresh icon for Noto Sans:

Save the settings, and then you should be all set to regenerate quotes and invoices PDF.

I hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions.
