 * I’d like to attach a PDF to my submission form, but I can’t seem to do it.
 * Can the Pro version do this? If yes, what file formats are supported?

 * Please see the IdeaPush Support tab in the plugin settings. Please see the question:
   I am a developer, do you provide any filters? Please see the filter: **Additional
   File Types for Custom Fields** and this will give you an option to add additional
   fields. With the pro version you can also add additional upload fields as well.
