Hi,I want to use the Direct integration method, it works better.

When applying to google for google pay.
I am asked to supply a PCI attestation document
    it says:
This must be updated annually. You will receive an email update to remind you 30 days before it expires. If PCI attestation document is not updated your service will be suspended.

Whats the best, easiest way to deal with this document? can I get one from stripe?

    Hi @ronanstafford,

When configuring GPay in the Google Console did you set the integration type to Gateway?

Here are our step by step instructions:

    https://docs.paymentplugins.com/wc-stripe/config/#/stripe_googlepay

I don’t believe you need to supply the PCI attestation document when using the Gateway integration type since that’s handled by Stripe.

Hi if I use the gateway will the Google Pay specific button appear or stripes weird blue button.
I want a specific Google pay button as the stripe blue button is confusing.

@ronanstafford when using the Google Pay Payment Gateway provided by the Stripe plugin you will always see the GPay specific button.

ok, I applied for the gateway version then on google pay.

I was getting confused by this: I dont want the chrome version. its not as slick

Ya the Payment Request Gateway is there for those that want to use GPay but don’t want to go through the GPay approval process.

Stripe has started to render their custom button as a GPay button as of 3/28/21 so it should show up as a GPay button on Chrome if you use the Payment Request Gateway.

I personally prefer the straight GPay integration though.

Yes, I was confused as the word gateway means a few different things, it means different things in the application eg Direct/gateway application for Gpay and then the payment request gateway in the plugin confuses it.

I personally prefer the straight GPay integration though.

yes it works better in my tests so far.
Great plugin. You should add paypal to it and sell it, I dont want to install more plugins.
