PC Robots.txt PHP error message!!!

Hey I have question to ask. I used PC Robots.txt plugins but when I activate it, PHP error message will see in the top of my robots.txt file. Please do visit my robots.txt through: http://lessontolife.ce.ms/robots.txt and you will see this error message above of my robots.txt file and it goes like this:
