# PayPal transactions stuck "processing"

 * Hello I’m having problems with transactions, they do not change from pending 
   to complete and I have to manually contact every person who purchases from me.
 * The only plugin I can think that may be causing this is SEO Ultimate.
 * I’ve turned on the no cache setting and also enabled the “disable ipn” to use
   the slightly less secure method.
 * Still everything is stuck in pending, any ideas?

 * None of that relates to me, I have paypal IPN as im using it on multiple sites
   already that are custom built or using other frameworks.
 * I have a dedicated host with full access and everything is allowed. I’m not using
   anything such as cloudflare.
 * The only plugin which might cause an issue is SEO Ultimate so im hoping you have
   any ideas if this causes any issues, I cant disable it as its a requirement of
   the site etc…

 * There are numerous solutions on that page, not just the IPN configuration.
 * Could you go to Downloads > Tools > System Info and post your contents here?

 * I suspect it’s caused by this plugin: Stop Spammers Spam Control
 * Please deactivate that plugin then test a new purchase.
 * Does it get marked as complete?
