    Hello,
    We use this method every month. We create a new form each month.
    Tried on home page and the post page:
    https://sdipla.org/next-event/march-28-2018-evening-event/

    Our license is valid.
    Tested last event form – it works. This one matches it – only change is the SKU:

    WORKS: 201803event
    [contact-form-7 id=”4915″ title=”RSVP to our March 2018 evening program”]

    DOESN’T WORK: 20180328event
    [contact-form-7 id=”5018″ title=”RSVP to our March 28 2018 evening program”]

    Please help us resolve this. Members are unable to register all the way.

    AND it must have been a corrupt form. I decided to save time, change the date of the one that worked, change the sku and I’m set. Not sure what the deal was with the other one.
