PayPal & Stripe Add-on Redirect

    We use this for our sponsorship charity payments. After the form is submitted, it takes a long time to redirect to paypal. Some people think the form is broken. Any advice on how to redirect quicker?

    If you go to Contact -> PayPal & Stripe Settings -> Other tab. You can set the redirect method. This may help.

    I have tested both Methods and they offer the same redirect delay. Do you have any insight on how long it should take when functioning properly?

    Hi @zrigby,

    Sorry for the delaying in replying to this. Speeding up your website and also the speed your internet connection can make a big difference in the redirect time.

    However, if the plugin is installed on a fresh site with a faster internet connection the redirect should take less then 1 second, with PayPal taking an extra few seconds to load.
