[resolved] Paypal standard not working (3 posts)

    Hi everyone,

    I have set up my new website and I am using wocommerce to sell my products. I have been informed that when my customers go to the checkout and try and pay using paypal it keeps telling them that their paypal email and password is incorrect.

    This has happened to every single person trying to buy my products and is not due to user error. I have made sure my email for receiving payments is correct and now I don't know what to do.

    any suggestions?

    Did you make sure your Paypal settings is not in sandbox mode.

    Yeah I think that was what was causing the issues. Just need to wait for an order and see now :)
