PayPal Showing Previous Order Shipping Address

    We have had customer complaints when checking out using this plugin, they see other people’s addresses in their PayPal account. For example, customer chooses product, clicks PayPal Buy Now button, logs into their account with their username and password, and they are shown an incorrect shipping address. We’ve checked the WooCommerce orders page and the customer is being shown the shipping address of a person who checked out using Stripe.

    Hi there,

    Based on what you’ve described this is most likely related to caching on the site. We’d recommend disabling all caching and then testing. If the issue persists with all caching disabled, please provide your System Status Report.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.

    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
