Paypal sandbox payment showing cancel status

    I just used our plugin and tested using paypal sandbox, I am getting “Payment Status=Cancelled”, Can you help me on it?Can you give me some idea what might be going wrong?

    Hello @serverwarrior,
    If you are working in local environment it cause of cancelled status.
    If you are working in live environment then please provide screenshot of payment status in admin panel and PayPal account.Have you check your transaction completed in PayPal account?

    Hello @serverwarrior,

    you can check paypal IPN response in /Your-Site/wp-content/plugins/pay-with-contact-form-7/admin/partials/PaypalResponse.txt this file.
    what have in that file?

    Hello @serverwarrior,

    That means, PayPal IPN did not called in your Website.
    So I suggest you that give perfect permissions to all Website files and directories(For files 644 and For directories 755).
    After then check with PayPal Sandbox.

    Sorry for late response, I just checked the directory “partial” and all its parent directory has permission 755. Anything beside this that might be causing this problem?
