Support » Plugin: Contact Form 7 - PayPal & Stripe Add-on » PayPal redirection not working – free plugin v1.6.8 and WP v5.5

  • Hello,

we still experience the issue with the PayPal redirection not working on our CF7 forms. We are using the free version 1.6.8 of this plugin, running on WP 5.5 and CF7 5.2.2.

We’ve already edited and saved each form after the update to v1.6.8, and also re-saved the plugin settings. We tried to switch from cookie to session, but still no luck 🙁

Could you help us please ?

It looks like you are using some code optimization on your site. This makes JavaScript files smaller / removes them from the main code, etc.

This can break some JavaScript files as what is happening with this plugin. Please try to play around with the setting and keep testing.

    Hello, thanks for your reply.

The optimization only removes whitespace from the generated HTML, and doesn’t interfere with JS files.

We also tried deactivating all other plugins except CF7 and CF7PP, the problem still exists when submitting the form…

I have the same problem since 27/8/2020 with the same version 1.6.8, WordPress 5.5 and CF7 5.2.2. It started after an update of the plugins and an upgrade to WordPress 5.5.
I am not using any compression code plugin.
