I always ask this question as sometimes issues arise from users copy / pasting code they find online. * Is the payment registered on your PayPal account? (and is not pending) Have you setup your PayPal IPN address? * If you have setup your IPN address, go to your PayPal account’s settings and check the IPN log. Each time PayPal sends an IPN call to your site, it is logged in your account. Thank you. * So it seems the issue is that the paypal gateway is not getting enabled.
