    Hi.

Wonder if someone can help here…
    Cart works fine on PC
    Cart works fine on Android

However on IPhone when you click pay by card. The card details you enter are invisible.

I assume it’s a .css issue but I haven’t made any changes to paypal as far as I know. It only happens on iPhone tested on 4 through to 6 and it’s the same on them all! 🙁

    Any he’ll would be brilliant.

    Many thanks.

    Chris.

It sounds like a theme issue to me. Can you temporarily switch to a basic Twenty theme and see if the issue goes away?

I have been having a play and on the console if I untick

Font = 1.5EM it works fine. I am not sure where on my side it inherits that from though as it’s a different font and size to anything else on the site.

    Cheers.

Can you reach out to the theme developer for help with that? That would be outside the scope of our free support.

Was informed that’s taken from woocomerce.Css and so also out side their support and PayPal box is shown directly.

    Cheers anyway I guess.

Hmmm…I’m not too impressed with that theme developer then, frankly. CSS is about design, and the theme is where the design comes from. If the WC CSS is conflicting with their stuff they could make adjustments in their theme to resolve it.

You can get it looking how you want by adjusting the CSS in the theme’s CSS tools, or within the style.css (which would hopefully be done in a child theme.)

Just a matter of studying the CSS with a browser inspector to find the rules that need fixed and then make those adjustments in the stylesheet accordingly.

This can be a bit more difficult since you say it’s only happening in a mobile browser, and only on iOS, right? You may need to use an iOS simulator in a browser to troubleshoot it more easily.

Anyway, using the browser inspector you’d be able to find that 1.5EM rule you mentioned, and then you could override it.
