I have a paypal pro account and I configured it with another PP pro plugin, which asked me for my live API credentials (username, pass, signature). However, after I made a purchase, when I tried to issue a refund using the automatic refund button (“Refund $$$ via paypal pro”), the button was disabled.

I am trying to setup this plugin to work but I can’t see the CC inputs on the checkout page. I enabled the PayPal Payments Pro 2.0 (PayFlow) and entered the user/pass. What exactly do I put for vendor? I put the accounts login username but that didn’t work either.

In any case, am I able to automatically refund customers on the orders page if I get this PP pro to work?

It sounds like you’re on Payments Pro 3.0 (DoDirectPayment), so that’s what you need to configure in the plugin instead of 2.0 (PayFlow). With that you’ll use the same API username, password, and signature you’ve been using with the other plugin.

Yes, our plugin does support refunding through WooCommerce.

Thank you. I have enabled that option but it is not appearing on my checkout page. Is there something I am missing?

Saw in docs SSL needs to be setup in order for live to work.

Yes, you need to be sure an SSL is installed on the site to protect credit card data as its getting processed. Also, SSL’s are good for SEO in general.
